Last Updated: September 17, 2026  |  Jurisdiction: State of Arkansas, United States

Please review this binding Service Agreement carefully before engaging Granite Notary ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our') for mobile, remote online (RON), loan signing, or general notarial acts. By booking an appointment, executing a signature, or using our digital systems, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these legal terms.

1. Scope of Professional Notarial Services

Granite Notary operates as a certified, bonded, and insured notarial signing service commissioned under Arkansas state statutes. Our services are strictly administrative and evidentiary in nature, comprising identity verification, witness attestation, acknowledgment administration, jurats, and oath-taking. We reserve the unequivocal right to decline any notarial act if the signer appears coerced, incapacitated, unable to produce statutory identification, or if the document contains unfilled blanks.

2. Client Identification & Verification Prerequisites

Each principal signer must personally appear before the notary and present a valid, unexpired, government-issued photo identification (such as a State Driver's License, US Passport, or Military ID) containing a photograph, physical description, and signature. Expired identification cannot be accepted under Arkansas notarial law unless explicitly permitted under temporary emergency administrative rules.
